We’ve noticed an issue in our email system that resulted in an external email receiving issue. This is due to a misconfiguration of the Mankons DNS after the recent upgrade. All external senders might think the email has been successfully sent to us, but it’s not. Our IT specialists are working hard to resolve the issue and will keep you posted.
Update: We have resolved the DNS issue on Oct 27 at 3:30 PM (ET Time). The Internet might have a cache. There might be a delay for us to receive any previous email sent to us. Sorry for the inconvenience.
